Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Charges

Order value means the product price including GST, excluding shipping and COD charges.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only for orders below ₹899. Orders of ₹899 and above are strictly Prepaid only.

COD charges are additional to shipping charges:

• Maharashtra: ₹39
• Outside Maharashtra: ₹49

COD is subject to PIN code/serviceability and may not be available for certain locations or products.

3. Prepaid Orders

We accept prepaid payments through the payment methods available on our website. All orders of ₹899 and above must be paid online in advance. Orders will be processed after successful payment confirmation.

4. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. COD orders may require additional verification before dispatch. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

5. Delivery Areas

We currently ship across India, subject to courier serviceability. Remote, rural or difficult-to-service locations may require additional delivery time.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through SMS/email or other available communication channels. Customers can track their order using the provided tracking link or through their account on our website.

7. Delivery Address & Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and active contact number. Multiple delivery attempts may be made by the courier. Tapes For You will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, transportation issues, courier delays, natural events, high order volumes or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, missing, incorrect or incomplete product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photographs/videos of the package and product. The issue will be reviewed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Cancellation, COD Refusal & Other Terms

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch, subject to order status. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in COD restrictions on future orders.

Shipping offers, delivery timelines and COD availability may be changed or restricted by Tapes For You when required. Tapes For You reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy from time to time.
