1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or purchasing from the Tapes For You website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and prices displayed on the website are accurate. However, minor variations in color, appearance, packaging or dimensions may occur. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to correct errors or discontinue products when necessary.

3. Account, Order & Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including name, mobile number, email address and billing/shipping details. For business/GST orders, customers are also responsible for providing a valid and accurate GSTIN and other required GST details. Tapes For You will not be responsible for any loss of GST credit, tax benefit, correction, amendment or compliance issue arising due to an incorrect, incomplete or invalid GSTIN or other information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Tapes For You may cancel or hold an order if the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, suspicious or cannot be verified.

4. Orders, Payment & COD

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products and does not guarantee acceptance until the order is confirmed by Tapes For You. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. COD is available only for orders below ₹899, subject to serviceability. Orders of ₹899 and above are Prepaid only. Applicable shipping and COD charges will be displayed at checkout. We may restrict or cancel COD orders in cases of repeated refusal, suspected misuse or other legitimate reasons.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote locations or circumstances beyond our control. 6. Cancellation, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Order cancellation, returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Customers must report damaged, incorrect, missing or defective products within the specified period and provide the required order details and supporting photographs/videos. Refunds, where approved, will be processed through the applicable payment method or as otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, introduce malicious code, use automated systems to extract website content, create fraudulent orders, impersonate another person or engage in activities that may harm Tapes For You, its customers or its systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including Tapes For You/TEP4U logos, trademarks, product images, photographs, graphics, text, designs, videos, product descriptions and other materials, belongs to or is licensed to Tapes For You and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

9. Liability, Product Use & Third-Party Services

Customers are responsible for using products according to their intended purpose and any applicable product instructions. Tapes For You will not be responsible for losses arising from misuse, improper application or use contrary to product instructions. We may use third-party services such as payment gateways, courier partners. Their services may be subject to their respective terms and policies. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. GST Compliance, Privacy, Governing Law, Complaints & Updates

For customers providing a valid GSTIN, applicable GST details will be reported in the relevant GST return as per the applicable tax and reporting requirements. The eligible Input Tax Credit (ITC) is expected to reflect in the customer's GST records subject to applicable GST laws, filing timelines and successful reporting/reconciliation, generally within the relevant monthly GST filing cycle. Tapes For You will file the applicable GST return for eligible transactions where a valid GSTIN and required details have been provided by the customer. Tapes For You will not be responsible for any delay, denial, mismatch or loss of ITC resulting from an incorrect, invalid, inactive or improperly provided GSTIN or customer details.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or transactions with Tapes For You shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Nashik, Maharashtra. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the revised version will be published on this page with the updated date.
